ADRIAN — The downtown Adrian parking lot on the south side of Toledo Street, behind the Adrian District Library, Adrian City Hall and the Croswell Opera House, will be closed on Saturday, Aug. 30, and Sunday, Aug. 31, for crack filling and sealcoating. All vehicles must be removed from the lot before work begins, and vehicles left in the lot may be towed.
