ADRIAN — ProMedica will be offering a free four-week class for expectant mothers at the Ebeid Center, 801 E. Maumee St., Adrian.

The ROSE program (short for Reach Out, Stay strong, Essentials) is designed for people in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. It will cover topics such as postpartum depression, managing relationships, the transition to parenthood, self-care, and assertiveness and goal-setting.

The four-week class will be offered on Thursdays, March 5, 12, 19 and 26, starting at 4 p.m. Walk-Ins are welcome.
