ROME TWP. — The Farmers Antique Tractor & Engine Association’s fall show, scheduled for Sept. 18-20, is more than just a tractor show. It’s also a chance for visitors to learn about Lenawee County’s agricultural heritage and learn about what farm life was like a century ago or more.

The show will be at the intersection of Forrister Road and U.S. 223. Hours are Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This twice-a-year antique tractor show features family fun, kids’ games, a petting zoo, tractor and engine demonstrations, a working saw mill, historical barns, lost arts, parades, and more.

This fall’s theme is “oddballs and orphans,” featuring a variety of rare and unusual farm implements. Visitors will be able to learn about the tractors, take part in old-time crafts, and more.

Food is available, and the event will be held rain or shine. Admission is $5 (free for kids 12 and under).

The farmers Antique Tractor & Enginer Association grounds are at 7600 Forrister Road, Adrian. For more information, call 517-260-3707.
