After several weeks of discussion, Lenawee County commissioners voted on July 9 to approve a proposal to install license plate-reading cameras along some county roads.
The second annual State of the Western Lake Erie Basin Conference on June 26 brought together more than 200 people representing efforts to reduce the risk of harmful algal blooms in the lake.
