ADRIAN — The lighting of the Christmas Riverwalk in Comstock Park, which includes 550 trees decorated by local families, individuals, businesses and organizations, will take place on Friday, Dec. 5, along with Adrian’s holiday light parade and First Friday activities downtown.

5 p.m.: Adrian First Fridays’ Winter Wonderland event begins, with retail promotions throughout downtown Adrian as well as holiday-themed activities and mini-horses available to meet.

6 p.m.: The parade steps off from the parking lot of the Rex B. Martin Judicial Building, 425 N. Main St. The parade will go through downtown on Main and Winter streets and will end back at the judicial building.

7:15 p.m.: Entertainment on stage at Comstock Park prior to the lighting.

8 p.m.: The Comstock Park display will be lit.
