
ADRIAN — The dance company Ballet Folklorico de Detroit will perform at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, in the Adrian High School Performing Arts Center. The performance is free and open to to the public, and is part of the district’s celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
“Hosting Ballet Folklorico de Detroit is a wonderful way for our schools and communiy to come together during Hispanic Heritage Month,” Adrian Public Schools superintendent Nate Parker said in a news release. “This performance allows us to celebrate culture, history, and community in a meaningful way, while giving students and families the chance to experience something special right here in Adrian.”
Adrian High School is at 785 Riverside Ave. The entrance to the Performing Arts Center is on the south side of the building, off of McKenzie Street.
