ADRIAN — The Lenawee Community Foundation is inviting the public to attend a free community appreciation event on Wednesday, July 16, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the foundation office, 1440 W. Maumee St.

The ice cream social will include live music by John Valenti, Ross Koning, and guest singers from Lenawee Community Chorus and Chiaroscuro. Guests can also and pick up a copy of the LCF’s annual impact report detailing the foundation’s activities for the year.

The event is sponsored by Morning Fresh Bakeries, Sieler’s Water Systems, and Culver’s.
