ADRIAN — Lenawee County commissioners gave county administrator Kimberly Murphy a rating of “Exceeds Expectations / Outstanding” during her annual review in May.
The review process included written evaluations submitted by each commissioner and a formal interview by the full commission.
Along with the annual evaluation, commissioners set five goals for the administrator in the coming year. Those goals are:
- Create opportunities to engage and collaborate with local government leaders.
- Attend and connect with local service groups and organizations.
- Work with departments to establish goals and objectives to improve operational efficiencies.
- Identify the next steps on the Rex B Martin Judicial Building project.
- Assist and direct commissioners with a strategic plan.
Murphy has been the county administrator since April 2022.
