Greg Elliott has stepped down as Adrian’s city administrator. On Monday at 6 p.m., the city commission is set to review and vote on the agreement that Mayor Angie Sword Heath reached with him.

Heath is also proposing to the commission that police chief Vince Emrick serve as acting city administrator. Emrick has served as interim during past vacancies in the city administrator role.
