Blissfield plans dinner to raise money for bicentennial celebration

This mural by local artist Barrett Dvorsky was painted to commemorate Blissfield’s bicentennial.

A kickoff dinner will be held from 6-10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, to raise money for celebrations of Blissfield’s bicentennial this year.

The dinner will take place at the Blissfield American Legion, 451 High St. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by local favorite Cat Canyon. The cost is $50 per person or $90 per couple. Tickets are available here or at the Village Office. All proceeds go toward the Bicentennial, scheduled for July 27 and 28.
